ENTRIES WILL BE REFUSED AFTER AUGUST 9TH
A caretaker will see that the fowl are fed for the three days

Cages are furnished free of charge
All birds must be entered in the name of the actual owner
Specimens must be exhibited in their natural condition
The card of this society will be placed upon each cage giving number and variety of the exhibit, but no other card will be shown on he cage until the judges have completed the awards
"The American Standard of Perfection" will be the guide fo judging. Absolutely no hybrids allowed
Fowls entered in regular classes will be allowed to compete for the specials
It is not necessary to make entries in specials, all exhibits will compete
No one will be allowed to handle the birds except the owners
No birds allowed in the building except those entered for competition. All exhibits must be in place by 9:00 p.m. Wednesday evening.
After an exhibitor has once made his entries no alterations can be made, but additional entries may be made up to date fixed for closing entries
Any exhibit, which in the opinion of the judges, is so inferior as it deserves neither 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize, shall no be given any prize
Prizes are offered for Cock, Hen, Cockerels and Pullets
